Ehhh. I can’t really get it up for Cudi.
Give me Kanye or Drake. Cudi’s the rare failure of Hegelian supersession. The middle term in the syllogism feels flat to me. The album seems pretty good. I just don’t like the heterogenous, spaced-out approach.
